Plumber / Builder

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Plumber/Builder for a growing manufacturing company in McMinnville. This hands-on position involves assembling, plumbing, testing, and inspecting hot tubs to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and connect PVC plumbing systems, pumps, jets, valves, and filtration components.


• Measure, cut, and assemble plumbing materials according to specifications.


• Perform water and pressure testing to identify leaks or defects.


• Assist with hot tub assembly and production processes.


• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.


• Conduct quality inspections and make necessary adjustments.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plumbing, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or assembly preferred.


• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.


• Comfortable using hand and power tools.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.


• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.


• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
