Events Calendar

Prologue, a writers group serving Warren County and the surrounding area, will hold its monthly meeting on Saturday, March 7, in the Garden Room of the Magness Library from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The meeting will feature a presentation on best research practices by Sharon Butcher. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insight into effective research strategies to strengthen both fiction and nonfiction writing.

Following a brief break, members and guests will share creative writing pieces. Participation is encouraged but not required.

The assigned writing prompt for March is: “an old woman trimming rose bushes in her garden.” However, those who wish to share are welcome to present any original work of their choosing.

Writers of all experience levels are invited to attend and participate in this supportive and creative community gathering.
