- Obtaining 100% financing
- Overcoming and repairing credit issues
- Building credit scores from zero
- Stability factors (job time, assets, co-borrowers, etc.)
- Different financing programs available
During these workships 2 Grant Programs will be discussed which provide qualified applications up to $15,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.
