The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce invite all Warren County citizens to join us for Bologna Day, a day on the Hill to discuss politics with our legislators. In addition, citizens can enjoy a tour of the Capitol, visits to House and Senate Committee meetings, and interactive presentations from Tre Hargett, Secretary of State, Bob Rolfe, Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, an FBI presentation on cybercrime, and more. In keeping with our unpretentious tradition, locals will then enjoy bologna sandwiches and chips while getting to know their legislators on a personal level.  

Southern Central Waste Services, LLC, Homeland Community Bank, and Caney Fork Electric Cooperative are making this event possible once again. Southern Central is providing the meal prepared by Prater's BBQ of smoked and regular bologna, or turkey breast with bread, chips, cookies and drinks. Bus transportation, sponsored by Caney Fork Electric and Homeland Community Bank, to the Capitol in Nashville is open to citizens in the community for free. The charter bus will leave the Chamber of Commerce at 6:45 a.m.
